The programme is delivered online. You enrol, work through a series of self-paced modules, take an end-of-course assessment, and receive a certificate on pass. The Pierce Safe IPC Level 2 syllabus covers the practical infection-control topics every working UK piercer needs to be current on:

How often to retake
Pierce Safe doesn't impose a formal expiry. But the recommended practice, and what most working studios do, is to retake the course every 12 months on the anniversary of your last completion.
